Mary Ann Vernon made her first connection to the Scarborough campus in 1975, attending Scarborough College as an undergrad studying English and Philosophy. After two years at the College, Mary Ann attended law school at the university, and returned to Scarborough to take up a technician position in the library. In this interview, she reflects on student life at Scarborough College, the operational structure of the library, and the experience of moving the library from the Recreation Wing (now known as the Bladen Wing) to the newly constructed ARC building in the early 2000s. Mary Ann is currently the User Services Loan Services Team Lead and works on several special projects for the library.
